Pasta of firm and compact consistency, ivory-yellowish color, lactic smell with long global persistence, slightly acidic flavor, strong and tasty, pleasant and peculiar residual taste conferred by La Mancha sheep milk.

CONSERVATION TEMPERATURE: 4 and 8 ºC.
