To proceed to return an article which you are not satisfied with, you must do the following:
Send us an email to email@example.com indicating in the subject “return order number XX”, and explaining in detail the reason. It is very important that you include the number of your order, since otherwise we will not be able to process your return.
Prepare your package for return using the original packaging that we send you, with the item in the same condition in which it was sent, with its original labels and without having used or opened it. The delivery address you have to indicate on the package is: Quesos Lominchar. N-301, Km.98 – 45880, Corral de Almaguer (TOLEDO) Spain. Send us the package using the messaging that is most comfortable for you.
Once received in our warehouses, we will check that the item is in the same condition in which it was sent, that it has not been used, that it keeps its original labels and its complete original packaging, and we will proceed to return the money in the same way you made the payment.
Once the return is approved (when we check that the returned items are in perfect conditions and under the same conditions in which they were sent, that they have not been used, that they keep their original labels and their complete original packaging) you will receive the paid amount in the same way you made the payment. We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account in the following few days. Remember that credit card payments always depend on your bank.
