Meanwhile, we peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.<\/li><li>Despu\u00e9s, <strong>cortamos en juliana la cebolla<\/strong>.<\/li><li>We put the <strong>eggs<\/strong> in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, add nutmeg to taste and <strong>add the cream<\/strong>. We beat until everything is well mixed.<\/li><li>Time to <strong>grease the mold<\/strong> with oil.<\/li><li>To elaborate the layers! We place two layers of <strong>potatoes<\/strong> and sprinkle them with salt. We put it covered with aluminum foil. Then, we remove the paper and let it <strong>brown for another 20 minutes<\/strong>.
