It is <strong>simple<\/strong>, rich and easy to serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong> (for 4 persons):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the brochettes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>300 gr. Make it elongated with one centimeter wide each. <strong>Place them on the brochette sticks<\/strong>. Watch out! Do it little by little to prevent the cheese from breaking.<\/li><li>Next, <strong>beat the egg<\/strong> on a plate. In other containers, place the <strong>breadcrumbs<\/strong> and <strong>flour<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Now, pass the skewers through the <strong>flour<\/strong>, then the <strong>egg<\/strong>, and then the <strong>bread<\/strong>, in that order. The better you cover the brochette, the crisper they will be. Let it rest in the fridge for about 15 minutes.<\/li><li><strong>Prepare the frying<\/strong> pan with the Olive Oil. Wait for it to heat up.<\/li><li>With the very hot Olive Oil, <strong>fry the brochettes<\/strong> for about five minutes each. Do it little by little, so that they do not stick together.<\/li><li>Pay attention in order to they don&#8217;t burn. The time to remove them will be when they are <strong>golden<\/strong>. Place them on a plate with kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil. Let stand.<\/li><li>Now, turn for the <strong>sauce<\/strong>. Put the lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, olive oil, and ground pepper in a bowl. Mix everything well. Add the salt to taste of each one.<\/li><li><strong>Place the brochettes<\/strong> once drained and tempered on a plate. You can put the salta on the same plate or in a separate container, as you like. After that time, refresh and peel them.<\/li><li>Cut the <a href=\"https:\/\/quesoslominchar.com\/en\/product\/lominchar-soft\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"undefined (abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\"><strong>Lominchar Cheese Soft<\/strong><\/a> into cubes.<\/li><li>Wash the <strong>cherry tomatoes<\/strong> and cut in half. Also wash the <strong>apple<\/strong> and dice.<\/li><li>On the other hand,<strong> place the lettuce on the plate<\/strong> and add the tomatoes, apple, cheese, walnuts and eggs cut in half.<\/li><li>Next, turn for the <strong>vinaigrette<\/strong>. Cut the quince into small pieces. Place it in a bowl with the vinegar and heat for 10 seconds in the microwave. Later, strain the mixture and add the oil, salt and pepper.<\/li><li>Lastly, <strong>add the vinaigrette<\/strong> to the salad. Hit them with a mallet to soften and stretch. Then <strong>fry<\/strong> it for about three minutes on each side, until <strong>golden brown<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Remove from the pan and <strong>place on kitchen paper<\/strong> to absorb the remaining oil.<\/li><li>As an optional accompaniment you can fry some potatoes and place some piquillo peppers. Next, grate the Manchego Cheese D.O.P. \u2018La Mancha\u2019 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/quesoslominchar.com\/en\/product\/ariscado-semicured\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ariscado Semicured <\/a><\/strong>and add it. Stir well to avoid sticking.<\/li><li>Time to add the <strong>gelatin<\/strong>. Before doing so, remove it from the heat. Little by little, as it cools, you will notice how the cream thickens.<\/li><li>Then, in a bowl, add the <strong>cream<\/strong> and <strong>sugar<\/strong>, and beat well. Later, add the cream cheese mixture, <strong>continuing to stir<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Now, place the resulting mixture in two <strong>molds<\/strong> (of the shape and size of your choice) and let it cool in the refrigerator.<\/li><li>Finally, after a while, they will harden and you can <strong>unmold<\/strong>. Decorate with the <strong>raspberries<\/strong>, <strong>mint<\/strong> leaves and sprinkle the <strong>glass sugar<\/strong> on top.
