Compact and elastic cut, yellow in color. Smooth flavor, low in salt and light caramelized touch.
GASTRONOMIC RECOMMENDATION: Consume at 18º/20º. “Inedible rind” treated with polyvinyl acetate coating with Preservative E-235.
CONSERVATION TEMPERATURE: 4 and 8 ºC.
Type of Cheese: MANCHEGO CHEESE WITH PROTECTED APPELLATION OF ORIGIN CURED FULL-FAT.
Ingredients: pasteurized milk from La Mancha sheep (98.40%), lactic ferments (0.002%), calcium chloride (0.05%), salt (1.5%), rennet (0.01%) and lysozyme-derived from egg (0.025%). Inedible-preservative rind E-235 (0.002%) and polyvinyl acetate (0.01%).
Maturation: 8/10 months.
Allergens: Milk and egg.
Expiration: 2 years from the date of manufacture.
