‘Quesos Lominchar’ presents this new reference, a cheese with Appellation of Origin ‘La Mancha’, handcrafted with raw milk from Manchego sheep and maturing for 3 to 4 months.

Slightly dark brown bark, smeared in olive oil, aged and with its own mold. It has a regular halo, ivory paste with few eyes unevenly distributed, has a very deep smell due to its healing.
